Sanel was a great help. Having had a very bad experience yesterday, I can congratulate Sanel on being extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable when helping me today. Unfortunately he was unable to get me to keep my contracts for reasons out of his control, I really hope it doesn't affect his incentive! I wish everybody at Vodacom had his customer service skills.
