6 months to resolve an issue with Vodacom.
It’s now 6 months and counting and I’m yet to have my issue with Vodacom resolved. My list of consultants that call me with empty promises grows larger. Without this platform I don’t believe Vodacom would bother having a customer service department. Absolutely shocking. I’ve been ransacked of my money months after cancelling my contract. Don’t take a contract out with these people. It’s painful when you want to leave.
