6 Months Probation Period, refuse to upgrade!!!!!
I had a problem with my account due to Business Constraints and the account has been handed over to legal department. The account Has been paid up in full and Vodacom insisted that they put me on a probation period of 6 Months from excact date the 12 August 2014. I have battled for a month to get to that stage to get my account up and running again and had no Coverage for that month and a bit. The probation period is 10 Days away to the excact date. Mr Hope Mapanya refused to assist me after I explained that my current Business Cellphone is not functional. I ask him if there is any way that he can assist and he just blankly said no. He gave me the details of Rina Brits and refused to put me through to her. I then ask him to send Rina a mail to contact me on Monday the 2nd February 2015 and I am still waiting her response. My account is paid in full every month on debut order and there is no outstanding moneys owed to this account. An other agend Talita also send Rina a mail to contact or assist me. Nothing Happened!!! I don't have any means of communication to my customers and this is a HUGE PROBLEM!!!
