6 months old phone broken

I got an iPhone 6s less than 7 months old from Vodacom and it is now not working. This has resulted in me not having a phone at all. I took the useless phone to Vodacom clearwater and they have booked it in for repairs which may take up to 3 weeks.

I am very disappointed after being a loyal customer this is what I get? Please suggest possible resolutions for this.

since I don't have a phone, you can contact me on my work number *** and ask for Thandeka. If I am not available please email me on *** and leave your details to call you back.

Repairs Job number : ***4 IMEI ***

I am still waiting for someone to call me. I have received a quotation of over R5000 to have your damaged phone replaced and apparently it was water damaged, My phone never ever fell in water so how come am I now paying for a replacement for something that did not even happen? I am stuck with a 48 months contract of a phone that I don't have?????????????????????????????????????

You will either cancel that contract with no penalties app**** or replace your damn phone. I will not pay R5000 for something i did not do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
