6 Months of Hell

6 months of hell with Vodacom, in April this year paid my Vodacom account like i normally do at the Canal walk Vodacom store, got a slip and everything. a few weeks later i got an SMS reminding me to pay my account or my phone will be soft locked, i ignored the SMS because i had already paid my account. Vodacom then proceeded and locked my phone. I called the customer services and i was told by the agent to go to the vodacom store and request my money as their system says i did not pay, i went to Vodacom Canal Walk and the manager says they do not do refunds , she called customer service and explained to them and my phone was back on, the following month i paid like normal a couple of days later i recieved an SMS saying i did not pay, and my phone will be soft locked. and as the SMS my phone was soft locked, i called the customer services and i was told to send proof of payment of my April payment because the system says i am in arears, and when one is in arears they pay a fine too. i sent proof of payment and my phone was back one. this has been happening since April, iv been doing the same thing since April, being sent back and forth by vodacom stuff, i am unable to make important calls during this time and none of Vodacom's stuff has ever called to say how sorry they are and thier system had a fault or something, but according to Vodacom my account is in arears and that will have my name bad on ITC as i will look like a bad payer.

my phone is locked as im writing this and its been a week now. i was told to go to the vodacom store i made a payment, and this will be my forth time going to the store
