6 Months in Limpopo without working airconditioner

For the last 6 months the Tzaneen branches of Vodacom have had no working airconditioners. After many complaints the one shop's airconditioner was fixed but broke down again shortly after. For more or less 6 months with temperatures of between 30 and 45 degrees, customers and staff have had to put up with the intense heat in the shops while waiting to be helped. I managed to meet up with the franchise area manager Ralph Boemer after he tried to sneak out of the shop without seeing me and was told it is none of my business that the airconditioners were not working and he can't see the connection between customers and staff suffering and customer service and the impact on the Vodacom brand. I have phoned and sms'ed him many times but he refuses to take any phone calls or fix the problem. Alisom Communications owns most of the branches in between Tzaneen and Pretoria and we are left with no alternative but to support this dysfunctional franchise. Why should I drive to Johannesburg to get any service ? Why do customers have to suffer because franchises cannot run their branches efficiently ?
