6 months and no feedback

In September 2014 and numerous occasions before I have complained about Vodacom's very bad reception here in my area. They sent a gentleman out to my place to check the reception and he found very bad to no reception at my house. He told me that by the following week someone will contact me and tell me what they are going to do about my problem. Well it's six month later and still not a word about it. Vodacom is the most USELESS service provider I have ever come across and they simply don't give a danm about their clients. I advise people who are looking at getting a contract to stay away from Vodacom. You are simply a number and they don't care. Rather try another cell phone provider cause Vodacom gas got to big to care. Come October my cell and data contract will be cancelled with this pathetic company.
