5months and still waiting for query to be attended to!!

<p>I logged a complaint on 23 feb 2016 because of bad reception at home. I sent more emails than i can count to follow up on the matter. Nothing has been done to the issue. The only helpful one was the person i logged my complaint with. He said vodacom can give me a device to strengthen the signal. I got several calls and emails from vodacom asking for my gps co ordinates. I gave it over and over again. Never heard a word again. Eventually after requesting feedback approx May, a lady called asking whether my query has been resolved since it has been logged as resolved. I said no. Its been 2 months since i spoke with her. 5 months since i logged a query. I get no feedback. They dont even reply on my emails anymore. Vodacom service is pathetic. No customer service. Its all about the money not the service anymore. Pathetic </p>
