5GB contract with ZTE MF253 4G LTE Wireless Router

I signed up for a 5GB with ZTE MF253 4G LTE Router 24 month contract for R199 per month on 11 February 2015 and received a reference No and info of the package that will be delivered and still did not received the sim card and router and I followed up a few times with the Vodacom online call centre. Can this be sorted out please<br>
