50%discount Emirates

Brian is loyal Vodacom customer, over 15 years contract. Decided to renew his contract and was told that he qualifies for a 50% discount with Emirates as he is on the Red tier. As we are regular travellers he quickly signed a 3year contract. But this past few days has been an intensive game of cat and mouse. The website takes you in circles, back to the app back to the website. The email on the site for flight queries is non existent, they are are longer the service providers. God only knows why this incorrect info is on the site.Sent a message on facebook was told to download app. Hello, I have the app, it is frustrating. Decided to pop in at the Westwood Vodacom store on Saturday morning The consultant could not find the link to Emirates, she had to make calls to locate it. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT IS A 50% discount for the account holder and 25% for moi, the spouse. Decided to book now, the chatbox also takes you around in circles, live agents dont exist. Vodacom needs to check with Adobe and the sytem they have for queries!!!Finally, tonight somehow, like Rambo hacking away the jungle, found the Emirates link. Went onto the site, tried booking our flights but it is 35% not 50%!!!! Phoned 082135, despite being told on the website, that you will not be put on hold, listened to really boring music because "the system is slow", this consultant's explanation. Waited and waited only to be given a number to call during office hours. #vodacom please employ a new website designer, because the current design is not user friendly at all. It should be a straight forward system, where you are able to login and easily locate the icons and click to access what you need. Pointless promising customers rewards etc, when this becomes like a search for hidden treasure. What is the point of having a call centre if they cannot give you answers? And I had a very simple question, customer plan? Imagine the consultant could not pick this up online. This is clearly a case of misleading the customer with false advertising. Will make calls tomorrow and continue with this saga tomorrow.
