50 DAYS LATERNO SERVICE!!!
I am so disappointed with the lack of interest from the manager Nicola at the Vodacom Repair Shop in Loch Logan Waterfront Mall. On the 3rd of December 2015, I took in a phone which my husband bought in March 2015, because it has a problem with charging the battery. I was told that the phone would be ready in 5 working days, but they will phone me. When I finally received the phone after 3 enquiries it was totally dead! The consultant phoned the technician Kau, to enquire about this and he rep**** that he only boosted the battery and if I charge it fully, the phone will start working. After I've charged the phone for 3 hours, it was still dead. I phoned Nicola and she said that I should bring the phone to her and she would look into it. I never got any feedback from her, accept when I phoned to complain. Long story short, now I suddenly have to pay R590 for the screen to be replaced and the phone is still totally dead and I'm not prepared to return to the useless people of Vodacom! With reference to no 7 and 8 of The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 signed on 24 April 2009, I will be filing a complaint!<br>
