I reported a few weeks ago that I did an upgrade with Vodacom however I never received my package. I reported the matter directly to vodacom and the case was being handled by a guy named Godfrey however he never assist me than I report the matter here on hello Peter and a guy from vodacom by the name of Theo emailed me and called me that the matter will be attended to ASAP by still on this I am still I haven't received my package and whenever I email this guy named Theo he doesn't reply to my emails. I'm really tired of vodacom it has made my life miserable will their bad level of service.
