5-start Vodacom support centre consultant
I'd just like to compliment a particular call centre consultant, Luvo Siko, at the Vodacom fibre support call centre for his speedy, extremely friendly (despite dealing with an impatient customer!) service and for helping us fix an issue with our connection within a few minutes. We had been struggling to resolve the issue for five days and getting a Vodacom technician to come out to our house. Lucky for us, when we phoned the call centre again this morning, Luvo picked up and helped us fix what was a very small issue over the phone.
