I previously wrote a review concerning the bad cell reception in the area I work as I make use of my cell phone for business calls.
Vodacom was in touch with me immediately. A knowledgeable and concerned employee from their Customercare department followed up with me once they tended to the issue with their cellphone tower in the area.
Well done Vodacom!! The cell coverage has improved since logging my complaint. I am a satisfied and long standing customer who will continue to make use of Vodacom
