5 Numbers, 1 Account??

<p>I requested an early termination quotation from Vodacom, on the 19th of July 2016. I accepted the quotation, signed it and sent it back to vodacom. The payment for the cancellation was made on the 6th of August 2016. At the end of August 2016 there were no deductions for the remaining two contracts I have with Vodacom. At the end of September 2016 they deducted payments for all 3 contracts again after the one contract was cancelled. I went to my vodashop at Wonderpark to query this. The lady helping us tried her best to give us answers but she was sent from pillar to post by Vodacom themselves as nobody seemed to know where to find detail about the account. We ended up with 5 numbers on the one account, two which doesn't even belong to me. I would like a refund for the money dedcuted from my account on a contract that was cancelled as per instructions on the termination quotation. </p>
