5 months after my query, still no refund for my bank charges

It seems that the processes undertaken by big business is to frustrate the consumer into giving up. When you call the call centre, you are sent from pillar to post. You are asked to send evidence to all sorts of email addresses, and yet,big business will still ignore your plight.

You write reviews on Hellopeter and they read between the lines, and make a response to what suits them so they appear like they care, and yet no follow up is made to ensure that the query has been completely addressed.

Month after month they debit your account and you cannot even reverse their debit orders because you are contravening the agreement. Yet I didn't have an agreement with them to deduct 5 debit orders from my account and yet they did.

My query has always been simple. I was charged 5 orders on my account for one transaction, and 2 of those bounced. As such, my bank charged me R230 (R115 each) for the unpaid debit orders. I feel this is Vodacom's fault and they should compensate me for that. But VODACOM feels R230 is too much money to pay back to an individual, but through THEIR MISTAKE, I had to part with that much.

I WANT my R230 back VODACOM. If you do not sort this out, I will reverse all your debit orders and then see what ICASA has to say about this. I dare you to take me to debt collections after I do.
