5 month old Sony M4 Acqua repaired & not replaced

My phone has giving me endless problems with the flash on camera, flashlight not working after having the phone approx. 2mnths,then phone wouldn't allow me to answer calls and it touch screen,did a software upgrade and that was resolved, camera supposed to be 14mp but takes pics more like 5mp camera,then about a month ago I noticed the battery running down very quickly, also when I do charge it,it takes almost 12hrs to get it to 100%,memory card also popped out and wouldn't go back into slot,whenever I would make or receive calls then phone would warm up to almost hot and I am unable to keep it to my ear, eventually booked my phone in for repairs on the 30/12/2015 and was told the turnaround time of 7 to 14days,I then started making enquiries on the 13/1/2015 Jan as to the progress and that when I spoke to Vivian Mampe Canal walk repairs,I explicitly told her to call me back with feedback as I was at home and gave her a time but no call, I then called again the afternoon and spoke to someone else, still no answer, yest I had a missed call & phoned this morning, I had to make 4 calls this morning before I received the repair report the unprofessional responses I got, hung up on me
