5 GB Data vanishing within 2 minutes (Vodacom magic)

I received my 5GB pm of data as contracted with Vodacom. On the 3rd of May I logged into my account to check the balance. I had to switch on the Router. I logged on and the 5 GB was loaded. I checked News24, and Wits websites for not more than 2 minutes on each site. I then switched off the router as I had data on my cellphone. The next day on the 4th of May I decided to connect using my router. To my suprise the 5GB had disappeared and my balance was 0.00MB. The router had been off since the previous day. I called Vodacom to enquire and I was told that the 5GB data was used up within 2 minutes. They couldn't explain the data usage or advise of which application or sites was running. I called and spoke to Ashley on the 3rd she said she'd get back to me which she never did. I then called on the 4th and spoke to Bridget who tried to offer me R249 of airtime. Really now? Do these people even know how expensive their 1GB is? I requested to speak to her supivisor Dineo who also spoke senseless things. She couldn't expain a thing. I lost 5GB which just vanished within 2minutes and they wanna give me R249? I regret taking up the contract with this service provider. They take their cuctomers as stupids, not valued at all. Their support services suck! If you considering taking up a contract with them, think again. Try another service provider. Vodacom are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Together with their telephone agents!!!!
