5 Days Since a Promised Callback

Hi Virashni,

This is really just becoming embarrassing now.

You promised a callback on the 30th of April 2024 and since then 5 full days have passed and there has been no call or communications regarding the promised refund.

Which is on a recorded call, you made to us.

Please treat this as urgent and call me with an update please.

What's even scarier is that it was confirmed on my previous complaint that someone had been in contact with me for resolution.

There has been no resolution - just Dodging the action needed from Vodacom's end.

Patiently waiting..Still!
