5 and half months and Still No phone

<p>I have written here over a month ago and I can see that Vodacom is ignoring me. My phone has still not been returned from your Brooklyn branch since December 2015. I am paying for a phone that i have not used since then and not because I do not want to but because Vodacom is holding me hostage on a contract that they keep on breaching. And for 5 months I have forfeited my minutes and my data from another contract, because unfortunately the vodacom contract is the everyday number and the phone from this other contract has been used as a loan. So for that inconvenience of no phone, forfeited data and forfeited minutes and the inability to use my backup phone at will, which was the reason I had it in the 1st place ... I am super disgusted with vodacom at this point. with the "pls Call me" saga, one would think that vodacom would treat its customers better. I am beyond upset.</p>
