4th day without a phone! Such bad service

I have contacted Vodacom several times this week, no one can help me and no one cares. I changed my DO details last month and no DO came off my account and now my account has been suspended and i have tried to get them to correct this but no one can help me!! I am so over this! I urgently need my phone back on. I don't usually come on sites like this - but hopefully someone will help me if i complain.
