4months to end a contract??? Seriously???

This is the second time this month I'm using this platform to ask for your assistance in ending a contract on your network. Honestly your call agents are becoming worse than Telkom call centre cause they don't know what is going on there, every time it's a different story. I'm still awaiting one of you to call me since last week? Now I can see why everyone is so cheesed off at your call centre staff, admittedly not all of them lazy but come on, does it really take 4months to end a contract?
