4G Never works

I have contacted vodacom on a number of occasions in connection with 4G coverage in witbank there is never any signal with 4G even when i want to go onto the internet i gave to change to 3G i have full 4G signal and i cannot accsess internet when i contacted vodacom a lady screamed in my ear to her other collegue talk about unproffesional nothing has been done vodacom is a disgrace i dont know what to do anymore
