44 days and another excuse

I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for more than 20 years..

i have 5 lines with Vodacom and have had more than 10 lines at 1 time over the last few years.

my lines were disconnected due the premium not being paid yet was in fact paid.

i have spoken to Vodacom and was advised to purchase new SIM card and submit bank statements as well as my id..

all documents were submitted from a vodashop..Vodacom advised that it would take 5-7 days for lines to be activated..

i call after 7 days and was told that the SIM cards were incorrect and had to buy new SIM cards, which I did and resubmitted..

i have now submitted the documents 6 times and spoken to numerous consultants at Vodacom and have received excuse upon excuse..

i have lost countless amounts of business as I am reliant on my phone

i am am tired of asking to speak to somebody senior who might be able to assist..

i have even offered to buy out the contract just to get my numbers back..

how do I resolve this without any more frustration
