40% increase?!
40% increase on my contract when it went month-to-month, without discussion. So they are charging R393.99 for a lousy SIM-only deal with 100 minutes and 1.3 GB of data. In this economy. Then you must still contend with their useless AI Tobi bot, you can't even call and speak to a human. This is absolutely disgraceful customer "service" and they should be ashamed.
