4 weeks with no outgoing calls!

<p>Out of sheer despiration I am now forced to a public forum to complain. It has been 4 weeks now that my husband cannot make outgoing calls from his phone. He has phoned Vodacom about everyday, when to numerous Vodacom stores and this problem is still not resolved - with nobody coming back to us. </p> <p> </p> <p>I dont understand that a phone is working fine one day and next the ervice is broken like this! </p> <p> </p> <p>We have rebooted, took out sim card, spent hours in Vodacom stores. This is riduculous.
