4 weeks later and my query is still hanging
This is my 3rd report on HP regarding the same query - I previously posted reports on 7 Feb (***) and 11 Feb (***). Vodacom contacted me and insisted that they \can't access the information that was logged on their system by the call centre\" (in order to prove that I did inform them of the problem that I experienced with my phone whilst it was still under warranty - and that they had no loan phones available at that time), which I obviously still don't believe and can't imagine how they can even think that any of their clients will believe such a lame excuse), but as the loan phone which they did end up giving me (just after my phone went out of warranty) is also giving problems (?!), Thato from the Repairs Escalations Dept, said he'll put in a request for a discount on the R2800 that they quoted me for the repairs. He said that he would've got back to me the next day (last week), but just as I've come to expect from Vodacom that also never happened! To top this I received a call from them yesterday to ask why I haven't activated their VAS on my \"new\" account for the Samsung phone that I bought lately, however this Samsung is the loan phone that they gave me?! What a joke!!"
