4 weeks and still no product

I made an online application to open a new contract with vodacom for an iPhone 8 in the first week of October. I was the told I would get a phone call from a consultant to approve my application. I only received a call from them a week later on the 11th of Oct from Elton. He was very helpful at the time and approved my app. I was told by Elton that I would get the phone the next week (the 15th -19th Oct). That week passed without any delivery.

So I phoned Vodacom again on the 25th Oct and spoke to Sindiswa. I explained to her that i hadn't received any info on when my phone would be delivered or what was going on. She then spoke with Elton and found out that he hadn't in fact put my application through because he had forgot. This is now 4 weeks after I initially made my application. She then corrected it for me and approved everything for me correctly this time. I even received a verification call confirming I had made an application. She informed me that they would only be receiving stock of this phone by the end of Oct and that I should get my phone by beginning of Nov. I have not received my phone and still have no info on when it will arrive. She gave me her email address so if I had any issues i could email her directly and she would help me. She since has not rep**** to any of my emails.
