4 WEEK OF STRUGGLING TO GET PHONE UNLOCKED
END OF WEEK 4......
STILL NO ASSISTANCE IN GETTING MY PHONE UNLOCKED. CONSULTANTS PHONE AND SAYS A MANAGER WILL PHONE, BUT A MANAGER NEVER PHONES BACK.
HOW LONG MUST I WAIT?????
