4 October 2021 Network Challenges
This is my last hope.
I am struggling to get assistance with obtaining any kind of report to confirm that Vodacom Network was down in Pilgrims Rest Mpumalanga for 3 days last week. I need the report to submit to school that I'm studying remotely.

They were unable to assist me with the required proof. They said they are only able to assist on an ongoing incident. Once it's closed they can't get a report.
I need to report to submit to school, as I will not be able to continue with my post grad as I missed the exam due to us having no network.
I tried looking at downdetector.co.za but the incident was reported but I can't download a report.
