4 months waiting for phone to be delivered

I am very very sad and disappointed with your services, it's always one excuse to the other and your selflessness to respond to enquiries is beyond me, your customer service attitude towards clients shows you careless about your clients. Am tired of phoning Vodacom I reached a point where I said let them handle this their way and when I phone again it's a different story. Can one really wait for a phone to be delivered for almost 4 months???
