4 months theft cover

I have received a call from Vodacom to say that my query has to been escalated to the Vodacom shop for the copy of my contacts. I think this is a delaying tactic, because I did send them my documents. I'm a still waiting, surely to get my contacts does not take more than a week. These people are just delaying thinking that I will let this go, I will never, I will keep on writing and exposing them.
