4 Months, still no phone.
To whom it may concern I am writing to express my disappointment in the service I have received from Vodacom Witbank Klipfontein branch. I had originally sent my new iPhone 7 plus in for repairs 4 months ago. And it still hasn't been returned. Hence I still pay for it.
I keep getting promised it will be back almost every Monday.
