4 months later no solution

I upgraded my contract in November 2024 at the Vodacom chatz branch in Morningside-Sandton. I am on the VIP Red business package. As part of the upgrade, I was told I would get a gift I could collect as soon as the shop had it. It has been 2 months now without the gift, and instead of getting it, I have been sent from pillar to post with promises that I must come next week, or the business owner is bringing it, or that they forgot to bring it I must later. I have been to the shop 7 times already, travelling from Mpumalanga, where I reside, to Johannesburg. I will not rest until the Vodacom shop has honoured its commitment. I would rather cancel the contract and move to a competitor.
