4 months later and still waiting for resolution !!!!
It has been 4 months since I reported my problem. I was told I was going to be updated on a monthly basis as it was an "intricate issue". Then Vodacom prefer to rather give data and think the problem is going to resolve itself !!!! Truly pathetic !!!!
