4 months in a row - Vodacom breach | unable to leave recurring bundles

Warning - Vodacom recurring bundles

**Warning Regarding Recurring Bundles**

Individuals contemplating purchasing recurring bundles should be aware of the following:

Vodacom’s terms and conditions stipulate that recurring bundles can be canceled directly through the Vodapay app. However, this process is ineffective, and customer care agents are unable to assist with cancellations. Despite attempting this process for over three months, I have consistently encountered the error message “oops, technical error.”

When attempting to cancel a bundle at a Vodashop, customer service representatives are unable to assist and direct customers to call customer care. Unfortunately, customer care agents are also unable to resolve the issue and send customers back to the Vodashop.

As a result of these difficulties, Vodacom is currently breaching its contractual obligations. Despite escalating my complaints and engaging in extensive communication, I have not been able to secure a satisfactory resolution.

It is noteworthy that upgrading and purchasing bundles are relatively straightforward processes, while canceling any offered services requires a complex and often frustrating process involving numerous steps. This should be simple as its only a cancellation of a bundle.

I strongly urge Vodacom to address this situation promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Failure to do so will compel me to pursue legal action within the month.
