4 months and still no answer
Im ashamed to even give 1 srar. I have had a query with Vodacom and 4 months have passed and still not resolved. Keeo getting apologies but no answers, im not interested in your apologies, i just want my query sorted. Absolutely disgusted in tge service after being a loyal customer for many many years.
