4 month old phone that cannot be reapired @ vodacom shop

I purchased an LG Q6 from Vodacom Northgate on 22-09-2017. My phone start giving problems from the last week January 2018 I complained & they couldn't give me a loan phone until the 8th of February 2018.

My phone had a problem with the selfie camera & my screen was not showing properly. This phone was not dropped & it didn't fall into water.

My phone came back from repairs @ a Vodacom outlet in Sandton & I am told that they cannot fix this phone & that I will have to use it as is.

I am so disgusted at the service on how long I had to wait for a loan phone & that suddenly I am told that I will have to use the phone as is & what irritates me is that this phone wasn't even 4 months old when it start giving me issues.

Vodacom must either give me my money or give me a new phone. I am not going to take that phone back until it is fixed
