4 - 6 hours????

<p>We purchased a data bundel on Sunday, today is Thursday and still no data, each day I phone the representative reply she will log a form and it will take 4 to 6 hours, not sure but my calculations for hours from Sunday till Thursday is not 4-6 hours. I do not get any feedback. The service is really pathetic . </p>
