3rd World Company for Sure

Hi Vodacom,

Since you took over my 13-year old account with AutoPage, I no longer get my top up airtime as per my contract. Been ages now. You owe me thousands, but you're happy to keep sending me a bill without service I'm paying for.

Let me assist in your edification. (Hopefully the minimum wage person who answers this complaint benefits from this). See... this is how it works (or at least "should" work), I pay money for a top-up contract and you give me a monthly top up. If you don't - how can you still charge me? You need to put your "Big Boy" pants on and stop behaving like *********. I pay, you don't provide. That's called *****ing.

I'd suggest a good starting point within your organisation would be the interview screening process. Hire people with passion, s****s can be taught... or if unteachable then look elswhere for your IT integration systems providers. You know, the guys who write clever little programs that look after us the client, so that your unreliable, unkowlegable, script-reading, unhelpful-coz-i'don't-care-i'm-just-getting-a-salary staff members can let the machines do their thinking for them.

Right, let's look at the https://hellopeter.com/vodacom stats. (Click on statistics)

- 6% of users think you're great

- 1% of users think you're good

- <1% of users think you're average

- 61 % of users think you're poor

- 32% of users think you're terrible

So, what lesson do we take away from that? Vodacom being a responder on this site clearly isn't helping. You only have a 4% conversion of unhappy to happy. This doesn't bother you?

Culture (****) usually filters down. So if we (your clients) are at the bottom getting the worst possible user experience from the first line of contacts and the ratio is so high (clearly illustrated in your statistics and lack of resolution success) , then clearly it's not specific individuals in your organisation, but rather from where the culture filters down from. It's simply a culture within your organisation of "I don't care, I hate my job, and I'm not willing to be the difference. ***** the customer. The figures speak for themselves.

So before you reply with "We're terribly sorry to hear..." take a step back, think about what's wrong and have my account sorted out before you even call. Because as history teaches us, you will call or reply publicly, say sorry to hear of my troubles and that you're busy investigating it and then.... BOOM.... nothing... backlog... on with the usual routine.

You cannot tell me that you have all of my info and that you have enough to bill me every month, but not enough to know that you are physically not giving me my service as per the contract you took over from AutoPage...

Looking forward to your soonest response. Let's hope it's before my next one

Regards,

VERY UNHAPPY client with Vodacom 17 years...
