3rd Time in a Month - Account in arrears

Good day. After payment of my account on the 17th of June I visited my nearest Vodashop on Sa****ay to create a quote for an upgrade. As you can remember I complained about this in the beginning of the month as well. They said it will only clear as soon as the account is paid. When it was paid I received a sms stating that payment has been received and our service on the phones was back in service within a few hours. Thank you for that. So as we are about to do the upgrade the consultant at Secunda Vodashop say that the account is in arrears? I said it is impossible! We contacted the Subscriptions departments again; she was cut off twice as well again! Then they spoke to me and said that it will be cleared within 2 hours the system must just be updated. Now how does this work? Vodacom uses ABSA and I made an IMMEDIATE payment from ABSA which shows immediately. So how can our services be reinstated if the system does not pick up the payment? How can you receive a sms without the system seeing the payment? The best of all, there was a note on the system stating that a payment of R5200 has been received. So what the hell is the problem then? Well we wondered around the mall for 2 hours. We went back with no luck, they checked and it was still the same. So how can these guys say that the system will clear within two hours if it doesn't? I went back at 16:30 on Sa****ay, from home, and this time I was helped by a very eager white girl. I had to call them myself because she keeps on telling me I have not made the payment. Upon calling them the subscriptions department said that my account was not in arrears and that I must choose two options, 1- transfer to customer care, 2- hang-up. So I put the phone on speaker and played it to her. Then she said well she doesn't know what is going on then? Wow? Then I called Customer Care, from my phone again, the consultant then said I must just call subscriptions tomorrow and they will clear it immediately. So I said it to her and left, very furious obviously. I will also not recommend anyone to use Secunda Vodashop as their service is bad. Not all of the consultants though but some really make you feel as if you owe them something, and that includes the manager if it is still the same manager.

What I would like to know is what will be done here? Will I just receive another call and they will apologise and we carry on from there or will something really be done about this? I am in servicing customers as well and I can bet you we do not treat our clients this way at all. We were taught that the customer’s king doesn't matter in any situation. And we stand for that.
