3rd Party *****!!!

On black Friday i was contacted by a Mondo salesman whom identified himself as an employee of Vodacom. I was offered a Black Friday deal of migrating from my current Red Select package to a Red Classic package, with more benefits at my current Vodacom Red Select price. To my surprise I have been migrated to the larger package at the Red Classic price. This is a total **** of some salesman that wants to make his target for a bigger paycheck for December at my expense and probably other consumers. I would never have agreed to a larger package as my wife is very ill and I need to save as much as possible for medical expenses. Vodacom is not helpfull as they open a complaint and 2 days later send a SMS stating that the situation has been resolved, when in actual fact it has not. I feel that if Vodacom is going to use 3rd parties to promote them then they need to use reputable companies and not a bunch of ******* and *****. I want my contract that was sold to me by the salesman at the price that he sold it to me, end of story. Mondo, Vodacom or the salesman need to pay that extra amount every month as a lesson that in sales lying to the consumer has consequences.
