3rd LG mobile repair booking in 1 month!

I have an LG G4 and experienced a software problem with the phone wherein the mobile was not able to switch on/off. The screen just hovers on the LG logo. The cellphone was purchased on the 25/10/2015 which means that it is still under the warranty. I booked the phone in for repair at the place of purchase, this being Cellucity in Gateway, on the 05/09/2017. I was told to pay an amount of R350.00 since the battery needed to be replaced as well. Note that I was only told about having to make payment after calling the repair centre due to not hearing back from them at all. This made me unsure as to whether this was a legitimate billing because the store did inform me that any excess payment is usually done when fetching the phone back after repair from the store itself. After going back and forth, I made payment on the 18/09/2017 even though Cellucity found the process abit strange as well. The cellphone was then picked up on the 19/09/2017. During that week, I noticed the call speaker had a fault, it was unclear and seemed to be distorting the sound coming through. Obviously, this was NOT a fault when the phone was booked in and so was not checked by the store when returning the unit. I brought the phone back to Cellucity on 25/09/2017 to be booked for a 2nd time and it was returned on the 30/09/2017. This time I checked the speaker on return while in store and the fault still remained! In fact, it seems as though the phone itself was not repaired at all since the screen sticker was still the same. As of today, 30/09/2017, the phone has been booked in for a 3rd time. It has been 3 weeks of running back and forth. I am extremely inconvenienced since the phone should have been fixed the 1st time! How can the unit be returned with a fault that was not even a problem before which raises the question as to whether the phone was replaced with a previously broken and restored device! Obviously, this would be unprofessional since the warranty is still standing.

Extremely disgusted with the level of professionalism and integrity of the LG repair centre/Vodacom Repairs Durban Hub and whomever else was responsible for repair of the device. I do not blame the staff at Cellucity in any way since the employees were as helpful as they could be and were just as unimpressed and surprised by the results seen. Rather, the fault lies entirely with Vodacom Repairs Durban Hub! Please get your act together since this is my sole form of communication! Stop wasting my time!

When will the device be returned this time and with what other hidden faults?? Clearly, the warranty is being dragged out to expire!
