3rd complaint still no feedback! Pathetic Vodacom

<p>This is the 3rd complaint regarding the same issue. Yet again I went to Vodacom mall of Africa and there was no manager on duty. He has the luxury of coming in after 12 on a Sa****ay!! Matabelo was unable to get a hold of any other manger so no one could refund me my R399 for this useless tempered screen protector. I have been to the brand more than 5 Times. Are u going to reimburse my parking everytime you don't help me. I waster hours of my life trying to get this useless product you sold me returned and refunded!! Pls refund me urgently or I will take this matter further and DO NOT ask me to come back to the store cos ur staff is USELESS!!!</p>
