3rd Complaint regarding statements.

This is the 3rd complaint I am logging on Hello Peter regarding the same problem. After the first (3 March) someone contacted me, but the problem was not resolved. Logged another complaint (20 April), but still waiting for someone to contact me.<br> Clearly Vodacom does not care if their customers take their business elsewhere. Does anyone at Vodacom have the guts to pick up a phone and call me now? Lets see. I doubt it. I will however be logging a new complaint every week until someone calls me to resolve the problem. All I want is a statement, via email, every month. No need to invent the wheel people.
