3G ****le

I was contacted and told that they can see my data usage is high on my cell.account. they have a solution for me for an additional R250+-. I was very keen only to see that it is a separate ****le which I now have to carry with my phone. Most days it automatically switches the wifi off. I then need to attach it to my laptop in order to log onto the site to activate the wifi again. Problem is that I need this with my phone and therefore don't carry my laptop with me. So I end up with a higher data bill on my phone and end up using little of this new service. I requested this to be added to my cellphone account instead sot that I don't have to carry the ****le as I am willing to pay the additional fee, but they say the cannot do it. For me to cancel this I need to pay for the 24 months the co tract was taken out. I am unhappy as they sold me a solution which I did not call them for and it did not.give me the promised solution. I either want to cancel without fees or add the data to my phone account.
