3G contract expired but Vodacom continued with DR

3 contracts expired but Vodacom continues to DR on a monthly basis without notification.

My pet irritation is that they knew that the old data bundle was much more expensive than the revised costs yet they make their money by exploiting customers!

I would prefer to have been contacted before my contracts expired and ASK FOR MY OPINION on what should happen to my contracts, tell me about the revised cheaper costs so I feel like I'm not being ******!

All contracts expired last year and yet Vodacom continued on their robbing spree!

We can certainly argue that I should have been more aware of when my contracts expire. I signed a 24 month contract, not a robbing contract! What is the definition of "24month contract"!

I want a refund on the 'monthly fees' that I was charged for especially since the service was not used.

I want Vodacom to start alerting customers of renewal dates in advance.

I want Vodacom to give customers an option of continuing the service or not. Don't just continue to debit a customer after the 24 month contract has expired!!
