3D contract Sim Swap

I have been having a problem with Vodacom since March this year. My cell phone repairs took 7 months to sort out and the phone returned with a missing micro sim tray to put the sim card on. When I went to enquire about it at a branch, I was informed that I will have to rebook the phone in for repairs as they are done in Potchefstroom (which takes a month), while I am in Pretoria. I refused and opted to buy a new sim tray myself. <br> Then I needed a sim swap after this, and I found that it cannot be done at call centre level because it is a 3D sim swap. I went to a Vodashop and they told me it will be done in 24hours. 24 hours later I still don't have the sim card activated. I then called the Call Centre and I was redirected to the same Vodashop store I had been to. The person I spoke to then said that the people \trade partner"that she'd forwarded my details to had responded to say they can't do a 3D Sim swap.
