3CD / C3D

Vodacom have a new system, whether its called 3CD or C3D I am not sure , but my phone number is not working and if I call Vodacom customer care line they tell me that they are unable to help me because my number has been moved to the new system. Now I don't know what I should do to have my number working again especially because I am using the number as my business vodamail address. Why introduce a new system when your employees are not equipped to help with challenges it might bring. I will appreciate if I can have my number reinstated.
