I have visited a store, phoned, instant chat, emailed contacted both Facebook and Instagram Messenger multiple times (100+ messages and hours spent on the phone) and was mostly ignored when requesting assistance or even escalation of my issue. I had three contracts with Vodacom and I requested in Middle October 2025 to cancel 2 of them and transfer the third to prepaid. All of the contracts have been post dated by Vodacom. I have the actual dated documents originally issued by Vodacom for the commencement of these contracts and even the Delivery Waybills, which are all way past 24 months. I have been quoted for transferring the incorrect contracts to the incorrect status and included are additional fees for early cancellation. I queried and requested the contracts/documentation from Vodacom agents multiple (30+ conversations) times which state the commencement dates included and multiple agents have either ignored, did not properly read or have no comprehension of my clear and basic requests with all reference information for the contracts. I have as of now 15 December 2025 at 10:00 pm not received any documentation with the requested information, any copies of contracts or even correct quotations as requested. I have only been able to confirm that my contracts have incorrectly been transferred to the wrong options and I have been informed of the additional penalties I have been issued. I have NOT confirmed any of these changes via email, voice or chat. I am deeply upset and disappointed by all the misinformation, *****ulent claims, disregard for my customer rights and blatant neglect and inability of any Vodacom agents to assist me, provide documentation in any proactive way or provide me with escalation when specifically requested. I can in no way understand how this is such a huge and apparent impossible task to perform. I have been a constant and continued customer of Vodacom for 25 years. I will not be allowing any more debit orders to be paid to Vodacom and will now be escalating this issue beyond Vodacom. I am NOT willing to speak to anyone from Vodacom again and will only communicate via email as I need written proof of any messages. As one of the multiple Cancellation Specialists Stephanie) at the Vodacom Help line who I physically spoke to was only interested in adding new and additional contracts to my name and stated that the documentation dates are incorrect as, and I quote "the Vodacom accounts department probably forgot to file my contracts and that is why the dates are inaccurate". She was not interested in assisting me any further when I questioned how that would be possible at any company. The agent simply cut the call. Another Customer Service agent named JP was one of the only agents who attempted to assist me. JP could not forward any of the requested documents as my contracts have all (incorrectly) already been transferred to prepaid and these are the only documents that were available. JP stated he requested an escalation and investigation of my situation and that a Manager from the Cancellation Department would contact me with a resolution within 24-72 hours (this WAS on 7 December 2025) and this is the first reply I have received. My email is and I would appreciate (and be greatly surprised) to receive any actual feedback from Vodacom.
